There is one main terminal building at Klagenfurt Airport that houses both the arrivals and departure lounges. The building is open plan and easy to navigate around, due to the volume of signposts. GETTING TO KLAGENFURT AIRPORT
Klagenfurt is located on the A2 and S37 motorway intersection. The A2 runs from Vienna, through Graz and Klagenfurt and then onto Villach. The airport is south of Graz on the A2, take exit number 312 towards Feldkirchen and then a right onto the B317. Take the B83 exit and follow signs for the airport.

The Old City of Klagenfurt is noted for having beautiful Renaissance buildings such as Viktring Abbey, which is full of charming features. The arcaded courtyards are one of the Alter Platz's (Old Square) best attractions. The Lindhaus or the Palace of Estates is now a State Assembly and is a very grand building, the perfect photographic opportunity.
