TERMINALS AT BARBADOS AIRPORT
There are two terminal buildings at Barbados Airport, or Sir Grantley Adams International Airport as it is known. Before the expansion, the old terminal had the arrivals and departure lounges under one roof. There were a few duty free shops selling tobacco, spirits, perfume, toys, games, magazines, maps and confectioneries.
GETTING TO BARBADOS AIRPORT
The Sir Grantley Adams Airport is simple to find, as the island is only quite small. The ABC Highway, which runs from the airport to Bridgetown, takes around 30 minutes. The HWY7 motorway, which travels along the southern coast of the island also takes you to the airport.
Once there, you can find the parking facilities outside from the airport grounds. The airport is making arrangements for new car parking spaces to be made available closer to the terminal buildings. The airport is only around 8km from Bridgetown city centre, and perfectly placed to reach many parts of the island.
PARKING AT BARBADOS AIRPORT
Parking at Barbados Airport is available only outside the airport grounds. The fare is Bds2 or Bds12 per day. There are limited spaces and are only open-air car parking spaces. There is no covered parking spaces available. Tickets must be purchased before leaving the car park from a ticket machine.

At the airport, there are many banking facilities, ATM machines and currency exchange services. There are conference rooms for business people and meeting room supplies can be hired.
There is fast internet available in the lounges and the duty free shop stocking tobacco, spirits, wines, confectioneries, snacks, toys, games, puzzles and maps.
There are disabled access toilets, baby-changing facilities and an information desk for any on the spot questions. There are many restaurants and bars selling snacks, alcohol, fast food chains or fresh cuisine.
