Terminals at Porto Airport

There is one main terminal building at Porto Airport. It is designed and laid out to make it simple and easy to navigate around. The staff are helpful and multilingual which helps. Getting to Porto Airport

Porto is located in the north west of Portugal. Porto sits in between the IP1 and the A28 motorways. To the south on the A28 is Vila Nova de Gaia. This road carries on to Madalene and Miramar. South on the IP1 is Vilar de Andorinho and Pedroso. 

To the north on the IC23 is Rio Tinto and Aguas Santas. To the north and west on the IC1 highway is Perafita and Lavra.

There are many facilities at the airport. It is known as being a modern airport which excels with the compulsory safety and security checks.

There is Wifi Internet available throughout the airport. Payment can be made at the information desks or by credit card.

There are duty free shops called the Shop Airport Duty Free, which sells perfumes, confectioneries and tobacco at reduced high street prices. 

What's Close to Porto Airport?

There is a way to see Porto city by using the panoramic elevator which takes you close to Ponte D. Luis point. The elevator runs from Largo da Lada and climbs up behind the Riberia buildings. 

Whilst up in the hills you can visit the Pavilhao Rosa Mota whch is a pavilion which overlooks the sea. The Romantic Museum is close by and this was also the home of the exiled King of Italy once.
